In February of 2017, we found out we were expecting our first child. We've both always been active people and I was concerned about how I would look and feel during, and then after pregnancy. Could I still be as active as I was before? Would my old clothes fit? Why is the maternity stuff so drab and unappealing? Then it hit me, my husband already makes gear and apparel...why can't he make me fashionable and functional items to fix all my mom needs.
And Mama Outfitters was born.

We aim to ship orders placed within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Northern California. If any issues after we ship occur, such as: post office delivery date changes/lost or stolen packages, we are more than happy to assist you as best as we can! Also please double-check that you received a confirmation email with an accurate shipping address. If incorrect, please contact us and we will try to fix the shipping information before it leaves our warehouse. Shipping time does not include processing time and domestic orders are generally received within 7 business days after fulfillment.
For international order, duties and taxes may apply for are the responsibility of the recipient. Please ensure your region's shipping information is input in the correct format.
Delivery dates may vary during holidays due to post office delays. Again, any shipping is please contact us and we will be glad to take care of it.
As an expecting, new, or experienced mom being comfortable and feeling amazing is important. We want to ensure our apparel and bras make you feel incredible. We will make every effort to help you find the best size or style that works for you.
Exchanges:
If your bra doesn't fit exactly how you'd like it to please email us at kat@mamaoutfitters.com and we'll send you a pre-paid shipping label (for domestic customers only) to send the bra back to us. Your bra must be unworn (besides trying on) and unwashed in the original packaging.
Enclosed in your package please include your order number as well as the size you'd like in exchange.
Returns:
If for whatever reason you feel like our bras just won't work for you we accept returns for a full refund of your original purchase within 30 days of your purchase date. You have 30 days from purchase to email us at kat@mamaoutfitters.com to start the return process. Once you email us we will provide you a return address where you can send the bra(s) back.
The bra(s) must be unworn (besides trying on) and unwashed in the original packaging.
Since we are a small, family owned business for bra exchanges, we are happy to cover the cost of shipping on the first occurrence per product for all domestic orders, but all subsequent exchanges shipping costs must be paid for by the customer. For returns, the customer will be responsible for sending the return back to us. Thank you for understanding!
If your order qualified for a Free Gift, you will be required to return the Free Gift along with the items you purchased in order to qualify for a refund. In the case that you are only doing a partial return, if the total order value after the return is lower than the amount needed to qualify for the Free Gift, the Free Gift must be returned. If kept the value of the Free Gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please email us and we’ll provide instructions on how to send back the items to get you an exchange or full refund.
We do have quite a few third-party vendors that sell our products. To return an item purchased from a vendor or another website, please contact the retailer directly. These items are subject to the retailer's own return policy.
